Rules and Regulations for Travel

1. The Luxurious Holiday Star India is an Indian company. Before taking The Luxurious Holiday Star India membership, carefully read and understand the plan. Make the payment to the company only after fully understanding it. Once you have made the payment, it is non-refundable. Since this amount is non-refundable, ensure you understand the plan thoroughly before purchasing the membership.
2. Our first trip includes Saputara and the Statue of Unity, where you will stay at a tent resort. All rooms are air-conditioned. Each family will be allotted one room. Any additional members accompanying you for free will need to be adjusted within your assigned room. A separate room will not be provided for them, but an extra bed will be arranged. If you wish to book an additional room, you must inform the company in advance and pay the applicable charges. For foreign trips, any additional members accompanying you for free will be provided a separate room.
3. When you qualify for any trip, the company will pay for your 3-tier AC train ticket or reimburse the ticket cost. You need to book the ticket yourself. The company will also pay for the train tickets of any additional members traveling with you for free.
4. The company will only pay the cost of a normal 3-tier AC train ticket, not for premium trains. If you choose to travel by a premium train, you will need to manage the extra cost yourself.
5. If train tickets are not available due to rush, it will be your responsibility to manage your travel. The company will not be responsible for arranging your journey.
6. The company will notify you two months before the trip date.
7. Check your name in the trip list provided by the company. If, for any reason, you do not wish to join the trip, you must inform the company via email within 3 days of checking the list.
8. You must manage your stay according to the room allotment list provided by the company.
9. Eating inside the room is not allowed. The company will not provide food service in the rooms. However, if the hotel or restaurant offers room service, you can order food at your own expense.
10. The company will inform you about the facilities it provides during the trip and sightseeing.
11. If any accident occurs during the company trip, whether during travel, rides, or any activity, the company will not be responsible. You will be responsible for your safety, not The Luxurious Holiday Star India.
12. During a foreign trip, you must follow all rules. If you break any rule, you will be responsible for paying any penalties. The company will not be liable.
13. Carry your medicines and essential items with you during travel.
14. Follow the rules provided by the company and make your trip enjoyable and memorable.

Important Notes

• You must arrange for your own passport.
• The company will arrange visas for all destinations.
• During a foreign trip, you must follow the group's schedule. If you miss the bus, you will have to stay at the hotel or reach the destination at your own expense. To avoid this, always arrive on time.
• You must reach the assigned destination and pickup point on time to avoid delays for others.
• If you carry any illegal items or engage in any misconduct, the company will not be responsible. In such a case, the company may leave you behind and return to India. Any expenses incurred will be your responsibility, and The Luxurious Holiday Star India will not be liable.
