  1. The Luxurious Holiday Star India Private Limited

    It is a Direct selling MLM company which provides Luxurious holiday membership.

  2. Holiday Membership Details

    Our company has a holiday membership of 18000 rupees. Which you have to fill for 6 months per month at ₹ 3000. This is the amount of membership of one person. Which includes two trips. It is a tent A-C resort, which is as follows:

    1. Saputara staying one night, coming and going from the company.
    2. The Statue of Unity too stayed one night, coming and going to all the company for only one person.
    3. Gift: Ganesh Ji, Lakshmi Ji, Saraswati Ji Photo Frame Silver Plated.

    हमारी कंपनी की हॉलीडे मेंबरशिप 18000 रुपए है। जो आपको प्रतिमाह ₹3000 के हिसाब से 6 महीने तक ही भरना होगा। यह मेंबरशिप की राशि एक व्यक्ति की ही है। जिसमें दो ट्रिप शामिल है यह एक टेंट ऐ-सी रिसॉर्ट है।जो इस प्रकार है।

    1. सापुतारा एक रात ठहरना, आना-जाना रहना सब कंपनी की तरफ से।
    2. स्टैचू ऑफ यूनिटी वह भी एक रात ठहरना, आना-जाना रहना सब कंपनी के तरफ से केवल एक ही व्यक्ति के लिए।
    3. गिफ्ट: गणेश जी लक्ष्मी जी सरस्वती जी फोटो फ्रेम सिल्वर प्लेटेड है।

  3. Referral Commission

    If you get the holiday membership of our company to a member, then the company immediately pays you a commission of Rs 1500 on every person.

    रेफरल कमीशन:- यदि आप हमारे कंपनी की हॉलीडे मेंबरशिप किसी सदस्य को दिलाते हो, तो कंपनी आपको प्रत्येक व्यक्ति पर 1500 रुपए का कमीशन तुरंत पे करती है।

  4. Auto Pool Enter Bonus Criteria

    If you have referred a member within a month of taking your membership, only then you can enter this auto-pool bonus.

    ऑटो पूल एंटर बोनस क्राइटेरिया:- यदि आपने एक सदस्य को रेफरल किया है। अपनी सदस्यता लेने के एक महीने के अंदर तभी आप इस ऑटो-पूल बोनस मैं एंटर हो सकते हो।

  5. Auto-Pool Benefits

    If you have included a referral member in our company holiday membership and that member has come around the first two trips i.e. Saputara and Statue of Unity Trip, then you will also get the benefit of two couples trip and a bonus of Rs 51000 from our company. These two additional trips are as follows:

    1. Panchgani / Mahabaleshwar (2n/3d)
    2. Cordelia Cruise (2n/3d)

    In both these places, coming and going from couples, living and eating from the company.

    ऑटो-पूल मैं आने के फायदे:- यदि आपने एक रेफरल सदस्य को हमारी कंपनी की हॉलीडे मेंबरशिप मैं शामिल किया है और वह सदस्य पहले की दो ट्रिप यानी सापुतारा और स्टैचू ऑफ यूनिटी ट्रिप घूम कर आ चुका है तो आपको हमारी कंपनी की तरफ से दो कपल ट्रिप और 51000 रुपए का बोनस का लाभ भी मिलेगा।

Tour and Travel, Carry Forward Rule and Regulation

  1. The company will have the cost of bringing and carrying to the trip of the shown shown by the company. All the food will be from the company.
  2. Saputara Statue of Unity Panchgani Mahabaleshwar will travel here by 2 × 2 AC bus.
  3. Cordelia Cruise will be taken to come and go by AC Chair Car Train or AC Chair Car Bus.
  4. You will have to reach according to the time given by the company at all places. Bus, train, airplane etc. If you do not deliver in time and these means are missed, then you have to reach the place with your expenses. The company will not bear the cost of this.
  5. Traveling:- The company will not bear the expenses of any unpleasant event or natural disasters during the journey.
  6. Damage Luggages:- The company will not be responsible for the breakdown of your goods during the journey.
  7. Lost Luggage or theft of Goods:- The theft will not be the responsibility of the company to stolen or disappear during the journey.
  8. Document caring:- You are mandatory to take both your ID proof hard copy soft copy during the journey.
  9. Medicine:- You have to take all your needs medicines or paper together during the journey.
  10. Passport:- passport is to be made by everyone themselves, it will cost you itself.
  11. VISA:- visa will cost by the company.
  12. To Qualify for traveling to another state in India:- If you take a holiday membership from any country in India and qualify, then the company will cost 3 tires to come and go on all these trips. You have to make a ticket and then you have to mail you with the photo through email in the company, the company will deposit that ticket in your account within a month.
  13. You have to sit on whatever seat number you get during the journey.
  14. You have to follow the rule rules of every country. The company will not pay any mistake by any mistake you make.
  15. Jain food will be provided at almost everywhere.
  16. Two persons in a room.
  17. Food:- i) The arrangement of veg food will stay everywhere. ii) Non veg:- Non veg food will be arranged from Cordelia cruise.
  18. You qualified any trip and your name is on the list, and if you do not want to go, then you are required to give the name to the Confirmation Company within 2 days of the list or if you want to go to your house member instead of you, then you will have to give information about this in the company.
  19. Trip Qualification and Cashback Policy:- If you qualify the trip mentioned by the company and if you do not want to go, then the company will give trip cashback on each trip which is the following:
    1. Saputara-cashback 1500 rupees
    2. Statue of Unity Cashback 1500 Rupees
    3. Panchgani Mahabaleshwar Cashback 3000 rupees
    4. Cordelia Cruise cashback 30000 Rupees
    5. Every Foreign Trip Cashback 1,50,000 Rupees

    Note: This cashback is only for members of members.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Before taking the holiday membership of our company, read all the documents carefully, read all the terms, conditions carefully and only then take the holiday membership.
  2. Our companys holiday membership is Rs 18000 in total amount. Which you have to do 6 EMI ₹ 3000 per month. This amount is for a person's membership.
  3. Pay the amount of Rs 18000/- in the account given by the company.
  4. The company will stay in the Tent AC Resort, Breakfast, lunch, Dinner from the company to stop at both Saputara and Statue of Unity on the membership of Rs 18000 at the membership.
  5. Passport:- Passport You have to make it, it will be your expense to make passports.
  6. VISA:- visa will cost by the company.
  7. TDS:- will get 2% TDS by cutting the government rule.
  8. The first three trip 2 × 2 AC bus will have to go by bus.
  9. All members will have to follow all the rules mentioned by the company.
  10. The company has a total of three types of bonuses:
    1. Auto Pool Bonus Rs 51000/-
    2. Mega Pool Bonus Rs 2,10,000/-
    3. Mega Bonanza Bonus Rs 3,00,000/-
  11. The company will have to pay your EMI within the 1 to 10th.
  12. EMI is the last date to do, if you did not pay till 11:59 pm, then your ID of the website will automatically go under the last member of your ID company, it will not be your responsibility for the company itself nor will there be any hearing in the company.
  13. There is no other branch of the company in the whole of India, only in Surat city of Gujarat.
  14. Foreign Trip Enter:- Until the company gets an auto mega moment of ₹ 210000 in your bank account. Till then you do not have to pay 90000 rupees.

  17. Pan Card:- The company will not give you a 51000 auto pool bonus until your PAN card comes in the company form until PAN card comes in the form of the company. (It is mandatory to fill the details of PAN card in the company.)
  18. The company can change any kind of change in its plan, the company will have the right to change. The company will change its plan only for the benefit of its customers.
